Willie's Perineal Hernia Repair

Willie developed a small lump on his back end about a month ago.  I took him to the veteranarian & he was diagnosed with a Perineal Hernia.  Since then the lump went from a golfball size to a baseball sized lump.  His appetite has dropped 75%, and he spends 10 mins 4, or 5, times a day trying to defecate.  If it is too difficult for him I have to push his intestinal matter back in as he defecates.  The problem is exasterbating fairly rapidly, and must be surgically repaired asap, and unfortuately it is fairly expensive procedure. Due to my current financial position, I simply do not have the means to have this procedure done.  He is my absolute best friend on the planet and because of this I've resorted to starting this Fundraiser and would beg for help to save my buddy from an accerated condition or other health issues that can spawn from his condition.  Thank you for any help you can provide, I promise to pay-it-forward when my financial situation improves.
