Andrea & BJ Cancer Support Fund

Dear friends, as you probably know, we've been battling cancer for over a year now with no end in sight. It is devastating, but knowing we have the love, prayers, and support of so many of you has helped us so much. Thank you for sharing in our pain, for carrying us when we could't see a way out. You have no idea how much your financial support encourages us and lifts us of a huge burden.

We are grateful our insurance is covering the vast majority of the medical expenses, but there are still living expenses that add up, as well as the odd, extraneous expenses that come with a cancer diagnosis, and lost income from canceling and refunding clients, and turning down work.

Here are some of the expenses we have and how we plan on using the INCREDIBLY generous donations we have been recieving:


$7 - covers the tip on one taxi cab ride
$33 - covers the fare on one taxi cab ride
$50 - cost of pick up/delivery/wash and fold for one week of laundry
$100 - cost of one massage for Andrea 
$120 - cost of one week of healthy groceries delivered to our doorstep (a fourth-floor walk up!) via Fresh Direct 
$150 - covers one month of utilities
$220 - cost of a deep cleaning from a local cleaning service
$500 - covers extraneous medical and prescription costs
$1765 - covers one month's rent
