YOSEMITE SAM'S 2nd SURGERY

Donation protected
Animal Village NM, the largest No-Kill, non-profit, 501c3 shelter for death-row pets in New Mexico's animal control facilities, and otherwise endangered dogs and cats,  makes a 100% lifetime commitment to our rescued pets.

This is the reason Yosemite Sam, adopted in 2013, is back with us, and why he needs YOUR donation to fix his torn ACL's.

We received information a few weeks ago regarding Sam (now in Florida) having been given away (a breach of our contract), and then found that the 'new adopters' didn't want him, because, "...all he does is lay around the house." The new owners did not know that Sam was terribly injured, and was in excruciating pain. And because Yosemite Sam is such a sweet, loving dog, he didn't growl or bite when people touched him- he just laid down to avoid the pain.

With the amazing support of our Board of Directors, one of whom flew to Orlando, Florida, another who donated the rental car fee,  and loving supporters who felt Yosemite Sam deserved the good life we'd promised him, we got Sam back  after a 4-day airplane/road trip.

Then we noticed that Sam was injured, and this was confirmed by Ruidoso Animal Clinic, a top-notch orthopaedic surgery clinic in New Mexico.  Healthy, loving young Sam has two torn ACL's, and has a long road ahead of him, because the surgeries have to be done one at a time, with 3 months of recovery time in between- each will cost $1,850.00, inclusive of an overnight stay for observation after each surgery.

With YOUR financial help, after his surgeries and rehabilitation therapy, we will be able to find a loving, responsible home for Yosemite Sam, where he will be loved and forever treasured, this time around!

We can immediately schedule his surgery when the first $1,850.00 is collected and paid to the veterinarian- PLEASE HELP SAM TODAY with a donation in any amount?

Your donation is tax-deductible as Animal Village NM is a registered 501c3 non-profit, EIN  #27-4461260.

Isn't it about time that HUMANS become 'Man's Best Friend's BEST FRIEND,' ALSO?"

Bless all who care enough to help rescued pets,
