The Xavier Project

Donation protected
“If you had one week to impact the rest of someone’s life, what would you do?”

Xavier Somerville, our pledge brother, passed away September 3rd, 2012. We created the Xavier Project as a way to remember him and spread a positive impact to the entire country. The Project is for four pledge brothers to travel the country in a RV over the summer of 2015, to 14 cities.  At each stop, we would spend the first of the five days, going around interviewing people, asking them one question and recording answers to be compiled as part of the documentary we would make along the way. The question we would ask all of the strangers we meet along the way is, “If you had one week to impact the rest of someone’s life, what would you do?” This is the basis behind the entire project, us helping a stranger make an impact on a loved one’s life. The way Xavier came into our life for a short time and impacted us greatly. We will then find one of the people we interviewed in each community and help them impact the life of someone, or a group of people, in need.

We need the help of everyone to make this project happen. Our goal of $40,000 will fund the entire trip. We will create a documentary of our entire journey to be released at the end of the summer. We will also have a blog, social media campaign, and web series so everybody can follow the journey. We hope you join us on this journey, learn more at www.thexavierproject2015.com
