Saving Bear

This whole thing started about 4 years ago when i was 16 i purchased this handsome devil in the back of a van for 20 bucks!
Everything was perfect... he slept with me ate with me and he was my little baby from day one.. when i turned 18 i got married to my junior high crush in october 2012.. then moved to Texas that following febuary in 2013..not until this year at this new apartment complex we noticed him scratching so we assumed fleas. And gave him a bath and flea medicine.
It started getting progressivly worse to seeing his hair fall out and he would shake. But it wouldnt last long... then a few months later he went from the above picture. To this...
In this picture we are at the emergency room... and im actually tearing up writing this part because just a week before this day i weighed him at 16lbs... and in 1 week he went to 11lbs.. he couldnt move...he couldnt even hold his head up...i forsure thought i lost him..he was shaking so hard... i spent 750 on this hospital visit... and you kno what the dr said?.she accused me...before testing him for anything juat looking at him.. she had the nerve to ask me if i feed my dog marijuana...out of all topics..all things that was the first thing out of her mouth...she asked me 150 times... finally i said test him because your obviously not listing to me or dont want to hear me.. she came back n said there wasnt anything in his system. She gave him a steriod shot and tested for mange which was negitive then sent me home... and that was 750.....

A month later i came home to this...he scratched his butt so hard...he made himself bleed all over the wall... and he continued for a while.. everyone was at work...he somehow escaped his cage..
He somehow that same day popped off his collar and scratched his head so hard it was bloody and swollen...not just his head his whole body.. i took him to the  Er cuz he couldnt stand up and was shaking. 
This time they told me he was anemic...and diabetic.. i need to feed him hunny every 4 hrs.. as much as he can eat cuz dogs glucose levels i think she said its suppose to be like above 80 and bear was at 24.. he was shaking to keep himself awake..  he was suppose to be in a coma at those levels... she told me that i need to get him into a dermatologist asap because this has to be allergies.. she did a mini allergy test and fou d he was allergic to some trees fleas and some grasses. 
She told me the sooner the better of course but its gona be about 1600... with out meds just to test and they test for everything environmental, food ect... 
I need my baby... if u have a heart at all.. please help me get my baby back... i will personally send u updates photos and messages... i just need help...and i never beg..or have been one to ask for money... every little bit counts .
