Food Blogger's Coffetable Book Fund

Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Christine, a traveling food blogger, and I'm on a mission to showcase exotic foods from around the world through my 5-year old food blog, gastronomypix.com . I've introduced to my mostly US-based readers mopani caterpillars (as shown in photo) and the superfood moringa, which are both nutritious foods from West Africa. Hope you can support me as I embark on my first gastronomic coffee table book to feature authentic, healthy foods from countries all over the world. 

This campaign will be put into publishing and editing work to launch this coffee table book before end of 2016.
