Zach accessible van

Zach is a 13 yr old boy with Cerebral Palsy living in Wolfville with his mother. They are in need of an accessible van to accommodate Zachary and his wheelchair. Currently, his mother lifts Zachary into a special seat and then lifts the wheelchair into their 13 yr old conventional van. This very much limits the outings they take and the experiences Zach can participate in. Zach is 4’9” and growing.

The cost of an accessible van is unattainable as the adaptation cannot be made to an older vehicle, a cost totalling upwards of $80000. Please help them reach their goal of $50000 by contributing in any way that you can.

The beneficiary for the fund will be Zach’s mom, Rebecca. To help offset Rebecca’s workload, administrative support for Donation banking will be shared by family friend, Beth Pulsifer.
