"HIGHER HEIGHTS" Reggae music

Higher Heights began in the summer of 2007 right after Miguel aka (Mike) Fernandez wrote his first song, "Bright Day" accompanied by a melodic musical arraignment, Higher Heights was off. The excitement of the new song lead to newly inspired material. Soon after "Bright Day", Adrian Fernandez, son of Mike Fernandez wrote his first new song "You and Me" to add to the now growing list of over 25 original songs. After 8 years the first song was written, Higher Heights remained under the radar, writing and perfecting our sound. As for Mike Fernandez, building the confidence. Getting himself mentally and musically prepared to step into the music scene. Fast forward 8 years, May of 2013, a old friend of 12 years, Mario Quintero, of Cathedral City, CA, came out to visit. He had come to jam out for a while. Mario Quintero instrument of choice was the guitar, Higher Heights needed a bass player and he stepped up and made it happen. Today he plays the bone of Higher Heights music. Now with four members to Higher Heights credit we stepped out to the music scene. Our first performance was organized by "Noe Gutierrez" of CV Weekly, with the support of local record producer "Ronnie King". Also by Kathleen Ford and Dennis Ford, owners of Schmidy's Tavern in Palm Desert, CA, where the performance was held. Higher Heights has been out in the music scene for 7 months now. We are one of the Coachella Valley's newest Reggae Music Band. We are excited about our new musical sound and original songs. We have our first new single "Indian on the Mountain" already recorded by local record producer, Ronnie King. We are planning our unvieling and launch of this single release along with some other projects that will be a benefit to the Coachella Valley, associated with Higher Heights. We have a new band member, Juan Rivera  on Congas, that give a more elevated sound to the music. We need to raise funds for the "unvieling of the song "Indian on the Mountain". We need funds to have a video produced for the song. We also have other "tourist attraction projects" tied in with this song that we are seeking funding to complete. We are a small Reggae Band from the Coachella Valley trying to suceed and leave behind as our legacy the original music we have composed to deliver the masses.
