Empower all:Heart-Centered Coaching

My mission is to empower individuals by provide a holding space for personal exploration through gentle guidance. My intention is to embrace all those who seek support by opening my services for donations, enabling almost anyone the opportunity to be seen and heard as they are. My path is to study Zen Coaching to certification. 

We all need a little guidance from time to time, however so often when we share about our thoughts and feelings we are met with advice or judgements about our situation. What if you were received completely as you are, without expectation or someone trying to change you, and allowed the time and space to explore your true needs, hopes, fears and desires? This is the heart space I seek to offer. 

Zen Coaching  is the style of coaching that most resonants with my mission. In order to complete this, I have to fulfill:
- Training courses
- Practice coaching sessions
- Literature study
- Personal coaching sessions

I am contributing my own funds towards the first 2 modules, however I need support to complete the final modules and accreditation process.

I see your offering as a gift for future clients that I will be able to support as a result of this training and we would all be honoured by your contribution.
