Zeph's Top Surgery Fund

I am transgender. I was born a girl, and soon realized that wasn't right. I've been living as male for about 4 years now, and I started testosterone in March of this year. I have become so much more confident in myself every day I further along in my transition, but there's still one more thing I desperately need.

My next step is top surgery. Top surgery is a procedure to remove the breast tissue and reconstruct the chest to appear male.  Living with breasts gives me immense gender dysphoria, which causes me waves of intense depression and distraction from my goals, my career, and my life as a whole. I need this surgery to become my best and authentic self. I'll be able to work on the things I want to work on and help people I want to help. Getting this surgery will relieve so much unnecessary mental pain and distress. 

I need your help. Top surgery is expensive, and my insurance barely covers anything. I need enough to pay for all medical expenses and housing for while I go to the surgeon. (I'm planning on going to Dr. Scott Mosser in San Francisco. )  I have been working hard and saving every dollar that I have earned, but being 17 and still in school makes it hard to get enough as soon as I need it. 

Even donating a dollar would help me so much, and if not that, sharing is just as good.
