My name is Janine. I would like you to meet the 'sun in my sky' my world, my everything, my 2 year old baby girl Pippa. I love my daughters with all my heart and will travel to the end of the earth to help her in any way I can.

Pippa is my 2nd daughter and was born 3 months prematurely in 2013. Pippa has spastic quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy, affecting her motor skills, her right side, speech and swallow. Pippa is a very strong and determined little princess.The specialists say that by the age of 2 we should know the extent of her CP. Pip can't walk or crawl.

As a single mother like any mother i want the best for both my girls. I am desperately needing to raising funds for Pip to have SPML - Selective Percutaneous Myofacial Lengthening. SPML - is a non-traditional, orthopedic tendon/muscle lengthening/release that is minimally invasive, with minimal scarring, for children and adults. SPML is done in America by the best - Dr Nuzzo and Dr Yngve. If Pippa is able to have this non-invasive procedure, it will help her to learn how to walk, walk without her legs stiffening (spasticity)being so tight is very damaging to her body, this can help stop her bones form any deformities, spine and hip problems, prevent any further surgeries throughout her life and especially any surgery that goes into the spine.

It breaks my heart that Zoe, Pippas big sister is not able to talk to her or run around at the park with her babysister. This breaks my heart everyday. My girls have an amazing bond and I would love to see them running around together and talking to one another.
