Literacy for Children in Africa

I grew up in a village in Ghana in Africa where i had my education. As a girl and from a village, it was not easy. But I have made it through to college in Ghana, graduate education in England and my PhD in the United States. When I was in Ghana, I worked for a local organization to help promote education and support children I identify personally with. The organization is called Sem-Fronteiras (aka Elghana). With what I can do now, and support from my honor society, phi kappa phi, I am helping enormously run a Literacy project which is a huge boost for children in poor places like where I grew up. I cannot do it all by myself. I invite you to please support me. This shall buy 1000 copies of the next story book and 100 scrabble board games for the Africa literacy project.
