Let's save Kapriola's life!

This beautiful mare you see in the picture is Kapriola. Kapriola is 16 years old, and has been with me for over 13 years now. For many of those years we were training dressage, where she performed specatcularly, reaching Prix St. Georges level in training with higher elements, such as piaffe, passage, and flying changes every 2 paces. She is very calm and concetrated, and was always a pleasure to ride not only in the arena, but also hacking.
I always did my best to make her happy, and healthy, so when a year and a half ago she had a ligament injury, I didn't hesitate much and, according to the vet's recommendation, I moved her to the stables with bigger pastures, better grass, and watched her happily graze as we were working on healing the ligament injury.

Sadly, in October when I arrived at the stables and went to say hi to her in the pasture, I discovered she has a severe limp. Her front left leg was swollen and she barely used it to step. I immediately took her back to the stables and we called a vet, who examined the leg, took x-rays and an ultrasound, and told me not to worry because "it is only a bruise" and "she's gonna be fine". He told me to cool the leg and gave us an ointment that was supposed to help the bruise absorb faster. Kapriola slowly started to improve, but I thought it's not good enough, and called the vet several times, each time only to have him assure me that everything is normal, and that my horse will be fine. Until, after almost 2 months, he suddenly decided Kapriola's leg isn't healing how he expected and requested we brought her to his hospital. In 2 weeks she was there he didn't do anything to help her, as well as failed to diagnose the problem, and Kapriola's condition started to worsen very quickly. After 2 weeks a horse that walked into the clinic on all four legs (limping, but on all 4), left the clinic on 3, holding an affected leg up in the air, with a very strong flexor tendons contracture.
We moved Kapriola across the country, where (after finally being correcly diagnosed) she had a carpal tunnel, and anular ligament surgeries. After these doctor deemed her temporarily inoperable, and we moved her to the rehabilitation facility for physical therapy and laser sessions. Sadly, neither were helpful. Kapriola's leg was getting worse every day, to the point where she started walking only on the tip of her hoof, and definitely suffering. We gave it last surgical shot last month, when yet another surgeon cut a superficial flexor tendon in hopes it will losen the contracture, but it was also unsuccessful.
After that we contacted the best vets all over the world, and decided that Kapriola's best shot at having a good retirement is arthrodesis. This procedure requires all the soft tissues of the legs cut, bone shortened, and the joint consolidated permanently in the fixed position. This is a very complicated surgery, and only several doctors around the world are getting successful results. Due to that the surgery is very expensive, and after over a year of trying to save her life, going from a clinic to a clinic, I am running out of the savings. It is nearly impossible for me to gather the full amount for the surgery, transportation, and hospitalization at this point.

This horse has been everything for me really, through all of these years, and I tried to give her the best medical attention I could throughout her whole life. All the doctors we took her to were renown specialists with a lot of experience, and she was getting the best care available, but things just kept going wrong. I can't imagine my life without her and I have to save her, so she can have a happy retirement grazing and enjoying herself. Please help me collect all the funds and make my horse better. She was my best friend most of my teenage and adult life, and I want her to get better.
