Army Vet starting a small business

After 12 years active duty I've been searching to find what I want to do with my life, I need to find a job I can be passionate about. The last 18months of my time in the army was spent in the beautiful country of South Korea. I didn't do like most soldiers and just party near the base or go on tours. I met the people, made friends and asked them to show me their Korea, the real Korea. I wasn't disappointed, I fell in love with Korea. Its sights, foods, people, culture, festivals, language and music. I truly experienced Korea, not just saw it. I want to share this experience with others and make a career out of it. I'm trying to build the ultimate travel experience to Korea where you won't go as a tourist, you will go as a friend. I will introduce you to a Korean friend who will share their Korea with you. We will teach you some key phrases in Korean and show you how to get the most out of your Korean experience.
I already have an extensive network of wonderful Korean friends of all ages, walks of life, and genders. However, I need to go develop a network of motels and establishments that will give package deals to my customers. At $5000 I will go over and build this up. The rest of the money will be used to register as an official travel agent, build a website and start advertising.
If I can reach this goal I will take out a small business loan to keep the business going but I need to establish the business first without dipping into my family budget (its too tight already).
