Help With Living Expenses And Medic

I am raising money for help with basic living expenses and some medical care.

In 12/16, I contracted a near fatal disease called Rhabdomyolysis.  Along with this disease came an injury from a fall that has left me with only 25% use of my strong side right arm and hand. Occupational therapists tell me that I can get this back to 75% or greater. Aafter recovery I was able to drive for Uber for 16 months, until June of this year. I was deactivated as a driver after Uber changed insurance carriers and the new carrier found my record unacceptable.

The money I am trying to raise will go to very basic living expenses and toward therapy to get arm/hand function back. this is to get myself back in shape for employment. I have had no success in finding a job in these last 2.5 months. 

Almost as importantly, any help that you could offer in terms of finding employment would be greatly appreciated.
