"A Leg Up"

Have you ever woken up to find yourself in a hospital on a table with tubes down your throat trying to figure out how? Well..I have. As scary as the situation was I haven't lost faith.

My reason for requesting donation is so that I may continue my healing process. I was in a car wreck involving an 18 wheeler (I later found out). My memory of the event completey gone. I suffered major injuries throughout my entire left leg and foot & minor other areas. Fortunatly I was able to keep my leg and foot. Unfortunately, I had not been with my previous employer long enough for my insurance to cover the cost of surgeries ( I've had 4 so far) and physical therapy. My life changed very much as I were to find out I lost my job, my home, and vehicle all at once.  I was disappointed at first but very glad to have my life, grateful for my doctors, the medics flying me from one hospital to the next, my lovely friends and family, and even some strangers that keep/kept me smiling & positive. A friend recommended GoFundMe. I had heard of this before and even made a few donations here myself. Here I am again only this time...Well,  you get it. :)

Also if you are into poetry or writing I'd be happy to share a link to some things I have written while having so much free time and being bedridden. I write on a variety of topics, my latest including love, life lessons, and bed time stories for children. :)
