Bender's Surgery

Hello, my name is Bender and I am a weiner dog (Dachshund).  I am a fun-loving and energetic boy who loves to play with his sister and go for walks.


About two months ago, I jumped off a place that was too high for me and twisted my long back. When I twisted my back, I slipped a disk from my spine. It swelled up and I went to see the nice vet. She gave me special medicine to help with pain and swelling. I was ordered to bed rest for several weeks. Two days after seeing the vet, my legs stopped working. I still like to eat, drink and bark but now I can't run around and play. 

My mom brought me back to the vet. The nice lady told me I would need to have surgery. The surgery is very expensive but will reduce the swelling on my spine and might help me get funtioning in my legs again.

Me and my family are reaching out to our family, friends and community to see if anyone can donate to my surgery fund so I can be my energetic and fun loving pup self again.
