Veteran Agri-Source Non Profit Farm

Veterans leaving active duty have a hard time adjusting to civilian life. We seek to help with two problems, the declining of Farmers and Agricultural workers, and the overwhelming unemployment and homelessness that plagues veterans. We strive to bring these two together and help Vets work and learn sustainable agriculture by establishing a non profit farm co-op and provide work opportunity and training.

These funds will be used for the establishment of the NPO, LLC and for the first year of recruitment and training, as well as money to pay for the services of any recruited Veterans into the program. Currently Agri-Vet is comprised of four volunteer staff members and two work sites.

By funding this organizational start up you will be helping us to recruit and find homeless and unemployed veterans and link them up with farms for work and training. We wish to establish a non profit employment program that specializes in veterans. We will offer help with getting vets back on their feet.
