Jack and the Dyal Family
Donation protected
Yesterday I called my brother Nate to wish him a happy birthday.
A few hours later, Nate's oldest son, Jack, was hit by a car while riding his bike and suffered a severe brain injury. Shortly after being rushed to the local hospital, Jack was life-flighted to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. Currently, things do not look encouraging. There is severe brain swelling and Jack is in an induced paralysis state. Surgery is not a viable option.
If you don't know Jack, here is a little about him: Jack is nine and has a contagious smile! He loves school, scouts, friends, Star Wars, and Legos. He is smart, funny, and a loving big brother to his little brother and sister. He was the first grandchild on both sides of his family, so all of his extended family has special memories of Jack.
With Jack's hospitalization, Nate and Jen are facing unimaginable expenses. Already the air-lift to the hospital and Jack's treatment have been costly, and bills will continue to accumulate as his care continues in the coming days. Any money donated to the Dyal family will go towards future medical expenses.
We hope and pray for a miracle for Jack and his family.
Thank you so much for your support!
