        Nonprofits providing Texas flood relief

        World Central Kitchen’s Relief Team is on their way to central Texas to support communities impacted by catastrophic flooding in Hill Country. The Guadalupe River rose more than 26 feet in 45 minutes after heavy rains, impacting a number of children and staff stranded at local summer camps and prompting search and rescue efforts.

        The Salvation Army is mobilizing in response to severe floods in Texas this Fourth of July holiday. Services include providing emergency aid, food, drinks, emotional and spiritual care, and critical supplies to survivors and rescue workers in five states.

        Austin Pets Alive! teams are in Kerrville, TX, providing medical care onsite and transporting animals. Urgent needs include emergency fosters, volunteer support to sort donations, help with intake, and animal placement, and donation of food and supplies.

        All Hands and Hearts has mobilized an emergency response team and is staged just outside the impacted areas to ensure rapid deployment into affected communities as soon as it is safe and access is granted.

        Mercy Chefs is providing hot, chef-prepared meals to victims, first responders, and volunteers in response to the devastating flash floods that swept through Kerr County, TX.

        Good360 is working closely with local nonprofit partners and its national network to deliver critically needed goods to impacted communities across Kerr County and beyond.

        Direct Relief is actively coordinating with healthcare providers and emergency response partners across the state to support immediate and emerging needs and has announced $50,000 to support the rapid deployment of emergency funding.

        Americares has reached out to 16 partner organizations to offer assistance, such as critical medicine and relief supplies, to support survivors.

        The American Red Cross is providing emergency assistance to communities affected by Texas floods.

        Baby2Baby is responding to the catastrophic flooding in Texas by distributing nearly 200,000 emergency supplies, including diapers, hygiene products, baby formula, and food to shelters and evacuated families and children.

        The Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas is providing grief support services for the families facing devastating loss in the wake of the flooding across the Texas Hill Country.

        CORE is on the ground conducting rapid needs assessments and coordinating with local and state partners to identify the most critical needs of impacted families, which may include flexible cash assistance to support their recovery and stability.

        Airlink has mobilized its network of NGO partners to deliver critical logistical support and transport for humanitarian cargo and relief personnel, enabling search and rescue efforts, food assistance, and general assistance to survivors.
