We rescued 3 kittens just under 4 weeks old who were stumbling around not able to see because their eyes were crusted shut from infection. They were alone in a yard where a feral cat colony lives. Two years ago Lucky Cat Rescue TNR'd the cats in the colony. Obviously, someone new showed up.

The kittens required immediate medical care for parasites, worms, eye infection. They were placed in a foster home that was initially like an intensive care unit. They required constant attention (feeding, bathing, medicating and loving of course). There were emergency trips to the vet for dehydration. The foster parents are devoted to saving these little ones and seeing them adopted into a forever loving home. A labor of love. With this care, the 3 kittens are thriving in their foster home. We will provide updates on their progress.

An added bonus, we were eventually able to trap the momma cat and she has been spayed.

To look at Spunky, you would never know he was sick but listening to him breathe tells it all.

Spunky was rescued from a colony of cats along with his 2 littermates and mom. He was being treated for sinus congestion and infection but he was not getting better, then his breathing changed. Oral sedated exams revealed that Spunky needs surgery to remove a polyp that is growing in his throat and related ear canal surgery. It will be life-saving for him.

Please find it in your hearts to help us raise the funds to have Spunky's surgery performed. He is such a sweetie and deserves a chance.

Help us save Miracle and Una!

Lucky Cat Rescue rescued these tiny kittens from a feral colony. They were in need of medical attention and after a visit to the vet, it was determined they needed 24 hour hospitalization to survive. Conjunctivitis, Coccidia and an Upper Respiratory infection are wreaking havoc on their bodies but even weighing less than one pound each they are little fighters for life. They are currently hospitalized at the Pet ER getting the 24 hour medical care that is required for them to overcome these illnesses and get healthy. The specialized care they need to survive comes at a cost that grows each day. We desperately need funds to cover their treatment and hospital stay. We have since rescued 3 more little gray litter mates from this colony.
