Cool New Engine Invention

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Alan Johnson. I am an engineer and an inventor.  I've spent many years inventing an exciting new engine, the J-Drive Engine.  The U.S. Patent Office just granted a 2nd patent for the J-Drive.  Watch this video and you will know why the J-Drive is going to be a big deal!

There is comprehensive engineering data regarding the invention at the website:  About J-Drive Engines

To attract investors and get the invention to the next step I now need to hire attorney's to:
1) Incorporate a startup company, and to
2) complete submission for a European patent.
The deadline for the European patent is the middle of November, 2019.

Watch this video that I narrate to learn more about how I invented this great engine (entertaining!)

U.S. Patents
The J-Drive engine is comprised of two inventions. The heart of the new engine is an innovative new clutch, the J-Clutch, that eliminates metal fatigue.

In July of 2017 I submitted the J-Clutch patent application. In September of 2017, six weeks after submission, the USPTO granted every claim for my J-Clutch patent:
J-Clutch Patent US9810272B1

The second component of the engine, the J-Drive engine itself, required a much longer and more complicated patent application. Again, I wrote the entire application myself and I expected the application to take many years for a grant. In May of 2019 the application was published as
Engine Patent US2019/053936A1.

On June 5 of 2019 the USPTO approved the patent. Publication is expected in August.

Help Build the J-Drive in the U.S.A.
It is very likely that the J-Drive engine will be built over-seas before it is built in the USA without international patent protection. So in 2017 I also applied for an “international” patent for the J-Clutch.

The WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) approved and published the application last December:
                             WIPO / PCT J-Clutch Submission

The PCT approval is only the first step to obtaining European patent protection. The next step is estimated to cost $7,000 and the deadline for me is coming this December. The procedure is far more complex than applying for a patent in the United States and this time I need to hire a patent attorney. So I am asking for $10,000 to cover these costs.

Here is a link showing the typical costs of a EUR-PCT patent by the law firm of Louis Ventre, Jr.

I very much appreciate your aid through GoFundMe!  Without this assistance this great new invention may not make it to production.  When this engine becomes famous you will be able to brag that you had a crucial part in the birth of this terrific new engine!
