This poor dog was obviously abused by some horrible person, let down and left to suffer. Thankfully Ernie is in good hands now, but has medical needs and he needs our help. If you can please make a donation so Ernie can get the care he needs to heal from these horrible burns.
Ernie’s Story
Ernie is an adorable brown male 3 month old corgi-mix puppy. He was found as a stray in East Palo Alto. He was brought to Peninsula Humane Society (PHS) with suspected chemical burns on his back, rear paws and tail. PHS has been treating Ernie with antibiotics and topical ointments and his skin is showing signs of healing with scant hair growing back. He is currently in foster care being nursed back to health. Please consider making a donation to help PHS support Ernie on his journey to find a forever home. The money raised for this campaign will go to ongoing care for this animal. The cost for each animal includes all fees associated with the campaign. The money raised will be used by Peninsula Humane Society to care for these animals.
