We are Chanté, Francesca and Glo, three filmmakers who have been handpicked to participate in the prestigious Women of Color Filmmaker’s new 201 Directing Program. We are passionate storytellers who are passionate filmmakers united by our shared vision of amplifying underrepresented voices in the world of cinema. Together, we strive to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and empower marginalized communities through the art of storytelling.

Collectively, we share a commitment to highlighting the stories of people of color, celebrating their resilience, strength, and triumphs. We understand the power of representation, and through our films, we strive to provide a platform for voices that have long been marginalized.

Our upcoming film projects are not just a creative endeavor; it is a movement. It is an opportunity to spark conversations, challenge preconceived notions, and inspire social change. Production Value Enhancement: By hitting our funding target, we can allocate resources to enhance the production value of our films. This includes investing in high-quality equipment, securing stunning filming locations, and ensuring top-notch production design. The result will be visually captivating and immersive storytelling that engages and captivates audiences.

Post-Production Excellence: Reaching our goal enables us to allocate funds towards post-production processes. This includes hiring skilled editors, sound designers, and visual effects artists who will bring our films to life with precision and finesse. The added resources will elevate the overall quality and polish of our final product, resulting in a more impactful and professional viewing experience.

Festival Submissions and Distribution: Additional funding will allow us to submit our films to renowned film festivals, reaching wider audiences and garnering recognition within the industry. This exposure opens doors for distribution opportunities, potentially securing wider release and increasing the impact of our films. Your support towards our stretch goals directly contributes to increasing the visibility and reach of our stories.
