Help with medical bills! :(

I have been diagnosed with radial nerve palsy. My C2 and C6 vertebrae are causing so much pressure on my back that my entire right hand is inoperable causing me to have lost my job and am now being turned down for so many jobs because I can't type, I can't do manual labor, etc. My medical bills are actually closer to $20,000 but I know that's ridiculous to ask for. Any help at all would be appreciated to help out my mother and fiancé who are struggling to support me, and I know it's not fair to them. I need PT and without insurance, I just can't afford it. Anything helps! I love all of you and have become so depressed being disabled that I just don't know what to do. Im losing my car soon. I've taken out so many loans that I'm at the point of breaking. All I want to do is to work again! But I'm in a lot of pain. Disability funds take so long to attain. I've been a private person about a lot of this, but this is literally my last hope.
