Help For Lori Streett Simms

Friends and family of Lori Street Simms, I am setting up this page with the hope to help Lori and Barry out some. April 19, 2016 Lori suffered a life changing stroke. After an extended stay at Duke University Medical center then to Danville Medical then to a rehabilitation center Lori is now home with her husband and her fur babies. But she is in need of 24 hour care. As most know she also has MS so they are in need of our help. Nothing is to small. Insurance doesn't cover everything and only allows for home care a couple days a week for a couple hours. Lori is still paralyzed on her left side and is going through physical therapy and speech therapy on a regular basis. All this is adding up and they need our help. Thank you in advance.
