John Rollins Benefit Fund
Donation protected
John Rollins, wonderful builder of lutes, baroque guitars, and other instruments suffered a workplace accident this past winter, and the resultant injury (the loss of his left leg just below the knee) took him out of circulation for a while, a very expensive while. The first part of his recovery was in a residential facility for months of physical therapy and rehabilitation. That's the bad news. The good news is that he is now back home, sporting a prosthesis, and back to work. However, lute building is not the most extravagantly remunerative vocation and John has some serious bills to contend with. We have a couple of lovely events planned in the Northwest to raise funds, but John's instruments and the people who love them are scattered far and wide. Here's your chance to help out one of America's great master-craftsmen and an artist of rare talent who makes beautiful, timeless instruments!
