Help Create a Fit Future for Kids

I am Lauren Schaech, a single mother from Millersville, Maryland residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 2007.  I am raising money for my start-up company, Pro-Force-Fit Kids Enrichment Programs!

I am a thryoid cancer survivor and survivor of domestic violence. I have never let anything stop me from setting an incredible example for my 4 year old daughter Kaiya and for the thousands of women and children I have been able to touch through my passion for fitness and total wellness.



I am an avid supporter and fund raiser for Women In Distress, Kids in Distress, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, One Billion Rising and several other charitable organizations.


Although I have been very successful as a Regional Director for large health club chains, a trainer and group exercise instructor, I have always felt a burning passion to help children build self-esteem, confidence and balance in their young lives through the gift of fitness!

I have found that the health club business (working in gyms as a trainer and instructor), has become a very hostile work environment for women, especially single moms. For those who know me, my life has been dedicated to inspiring others and rooting for everyone to be happy and successful in their lives. 

My company, Pro-Force-Fit Kids Enrichment  was developed to introduce fitness to children at the earliest stages of their lives, 3-12 years old.  From Kids Yoga and Zumba, to Kids Hip Hop and Boot Camps, we offer a multitude of programs, events, workshops and In-House Field Trips for schools, camps and youth organizations. We also feature Pro-Force-Fit Teens, developed for 13-18 year olds.

Within every school and organization, Pro-Force-Fit is dedicated to the complete enrichment of every child we touch through our innovative programming and amazing interactions with our dedicated, loving team.

For every dollar we make as an organization, we give back a portion to the schools or host sites. We also donate money to numerous charities that help children in need.

We have had a great deal of success in our own backyard, South Florida  and aspire to leave our footprint across the nation. Our programs are changing children's lives on a daily basis!

I can't think of a more rewarding way to give back to  children and to leave a legacy of empowerment and leadership for my own daughter.

The challenges of raising my daughter on my own, setting the best example I can while starting this huge project is very challenging.  I am determined to assure that this venture is successful, as the mental and physical health of so many children depend on it!

The joy I derive from my relationships with children, schools and in the community in general, coupled with my professional skills and experiences will help me to continue to create  truly wonderful, enriching programs.  Children truly are our future!
