Help My Friends Please!

My friend Stacey and her boyfriend Will (who is has gone blind recently) were shown a house for rent, taken inside and told it would be available Feb 3. They signed a lease and were given a key. When they went to move in, they found out the "landlord" was actually the son of the woman who recently bought the house and it was not for rent. They called the police and were told to file a civil suit. They are out $725, which is practically all of Will's disability money; he only gets $735 a month. So now they are out all that money and still need to find a place to live. If you could please help them with a donation or a place to rent, I would be so grateful. They are in the Wayne/Westland/Canton area of Michigan. I'm too far away to help and I can't imagine them living in a vehicle in the middle of a Michigan winter!
