Forced to move

My name is Bill, my pregnant wife and our 4yr old son received a 90 day notice to vacate our apartment because it was beyond repair.

We called countless times to find out more information, leaving several voice-mails with numerous people. Finally we decided to just get out and we found a place that was 600$ more a month for the same size but we didn't have a choice. Our move in cost was about 2900.00$ which was all of our savings.

The day after we sign a new lease we got a 72hr notice for non payment of rent even though they just served us with a 90 day notice for demolishing.

Now we have to fight this with them also. We have never not paid our rent and we have never been evicted.

The money were asking for is to cover our 1st month of rent since we're in the negative after move in costs.
