Help Gavin and His Family

My best friend, Gavin Conroy, was involved in a very serious car accident on 4/14/22 resulting in him suffering from 3rd degree burns covering 90% of his body. He’s currently in critical stable condition in an ICU burn center. The doctors informed us that this will be a long and hard process for him and that he will be hospitalized up to 8 months for numerous surgeries and treatments. His first surgery is scheduled for Monday and he will continue to have multiple surgeries to help him recover. His recovery is fluid and constantly changing. He’s currently in a medically induced coma, but he’s been fighting every day. His mom has not left his side and doesn’t plan on leaving until Gavin is able to come home. Unfortunately the hospital he’s at is not local. Gavin is a fun, caring, and loving person he’s always been kind and considerate of others and would drop everything to just help a loved one. His smile is something that has always lit any room and brightened someone’s day. With his multiple surgeries and treatments lasting up to 8 months, we are asking for prayers and positive thoughts in addition to support for Gavin and his loved ones in this difficult time.
