Wheelchair Ramp for Leslie

My mom Leslie uses a wheelchair and we don’t have the funds for a ramp. The energy it takes to transfer her from her wheelchair down the outside steps is too much for her so most days we don’t go out. At this point it doesn’t feel safe to take her down the steps and her mental health is suffering because she’s basically housebound. The ramp would make it easier for us to get around and she’ll be able to enjoy the outside again; one of the few safe things we have during the Pandemic

I have a quote for a used 23 foot modular ramp with 5x5 platform and installation for $3300 However there is a person selling a 20 foot modular ramp with 5x5 platform on Facebook Marketplace for
$1700 this includes delivery but I’d have to install it myself which is doable. Having this ramp will greatly improve my mom Leslie’s quality of life and mine as well. Any help would be welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for reading.
