The days are starting getting shorter and darker, shit is way too expensive atm and there’s also just a lot of people out there in some really shitty unfair positions. So, I thought it would be a good time to do some sort of fitness challenge and raise some money for some unreal local charities.

<div>Starting on the 18/09/2013  I’ll be running 5K a day, for 5 weeks for 5 local charities. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, but with football (and a smidge of laziness) I’ve never got around to it. But, now is the time to get the finger out. So if you you feel like you want to join me for a run/walk or even a wee chat, then fire me a wee message and mon ahead. The more the merrier.
