Eviction Notice & Power TB Shut Off

I am reaching out in desperate need of assistance... I am currently facing eviction, let alone about to have our power shut off, and also lose my job.
This all began with health issues that stem back 3 years, which we had traced back to being an issue with my Gallbladder (see previous post). I have since had my Gallbladder removed, however, my health symptoms continue to worsen. I am researching for a new Primary Care as well as a new GI Doctor, in regards to a second opinion. And, I just feel as though my original doctors have somewhat given up on what’s wrong with me... As my had continued to deteriorate post-surgery, I have had to miss even more time from work. In total, I was out of work 2 weeks prior to surgery, and 3 weeks for recovery.
My condition seemed to be improving, and I was able to return to work for approximately one week. However, it was soon after, I was having terrible, wrenching pain in my gut throughout the pre-dawn/morning hours, as well as very inconsistent and frequent bowel movements. This then leads to waves of nausea, plus anxiety, and just totally debilitates me for the day. I have now missed another 2 weeks of work. I’m not in jeopardy with my job necessarily because of my health... But because of my “Condition of Employment” upon being hired.
This is a first for me. I have never been let go from a job. I have never had health issues until recently. I have never had concern with an electric bill. And I certainly have never come close to our landlord mentioning the word, eviction. I am so scared for what may come next... We can’t even consider living out of my car, because it’s practically on its last wheel (‘93 Taurus). And being homeless, honestly, just not an option. I’m someone who is a hard worker and has held a consistent job for the past 10+ years.. I’m regarded as a valued employee of any place that I’ve worked for. I’m also always one to pay it forward... If I see others in need, someone I can provide assistance to, or if there’s anything I can do for volunteer or charity, I always make it a point to help out. Love thy neighbor, treat others as you’d like to be treated type mentality.
But now, here I am, on hard times... My back is up against the wall and it’s really down to the last second. It’s probably my fault for waiting this long and letting my situation spiral so terribly out of control... I have tried contacting all of our local programs, outreaches, churches, etc.. None of them are currently offering rental assistance. I am trying to get help with utilities tomorrow morning but don’t have the highest of hopes...
Please, if there’s anything you can do to help, I’ll be FOREVER grateful. Any donations will 100% be applied to Rent, Electric, and if there’s any left over, paying off my Medical Bills. I can provide proof of all of this information, and am just really praying that this reaches someone out there. Thank you taking your time to read this, and take care.

The funds have already been applied to keeping our power on, by fulfilling the first part of payment arrangement. We still have another $100 remaining with that bill. We then used another $500 that’s been raised to put towards our rent. With our landlord, we still owe an additional $585, not including November’s rent ($1,000; which I still have no ability to obtain).
I have an appointment scheduled with my new Gastroenterologist for tomorrow 11/2, hoping that a 2nd opinion will be of some benefit. In the meantime, I am still not receiving any pay from work... I was holding out hope that the sick time I’ve accrued would be added to a partial paycheck arriving today, but nothing came through. HR needs approval from my manager to get that processed and may take some time. And would only be minimal at best.
I am still in a very desperate/dire situation, and ANY help is extremely appreciated. I don’t take anything for granted, and only apply these funds as I have laid out... Our landlord was expecting the remaining rent by today, but we still don’t have enough. So we aren’t too sure what the next step is. I am praying that she holds off on initiating the eviction process, but only time will tell. Thank you for all of your help and just for even reading this. Have a wonderful day.
