Rubi Adoption Fees

My sister passed away on December 24th, 2018. She left a sweet baby of only 16 months old, We want to adopt Rubi. As attorneys fees related to the adoption can be costly we are looking for assistance to help us in our quest to adopt Rubi and give her a quality, stable home. Rubi is a healthy, happy baby and doing well after suffering the tragedy of losing her mother.
