Urgent need

My name is David Anderson and I have a back injury that is making it very difficult to work, sit, stand and even lie down. I have been suffering for over 7 years now and the torn disk in my thoracic spine is rubbing the lining off of my spinal cord and could cause paraplegia. I have a recent mri and diagnosis to prove my condition and the only surgeon who performs the surgery I need requires prepayment. The condition I have is rare and being that it's in my thoracic spine very few surgeons will even look at it. Any help you could provide would be a tremendous blessing.
