help scrappy get surgery

Hi! scrappy was hit by a car about 3 months ago & ever since the accident his owners (my neighbors) refused to take him to the vet.  his leg keeps getting worse as the days go by so i decided to take him to the vet myself! he has an open wound & its gotten to the point where its spreading & since hes been like that for a while he now has really bad nerve damage. the vet said he needs to get his leg amputated soon before it gets even worse. we are going to be caring for him for now on but unfortunately i cant afford his vet bills on my own.
he has an appointment on feb. 4th. the total cost is for his surgery, shots & medication. anything helps!!! thank you so much.
