Harrison's Hotwheels Appeal
Donation protected
Harrison is 6 years old and suffers with pseudoachondroplasia - a form of dwarfism.
As well as a short stature, Harrison experiences constant joint pain which restricts his mobility considerably.
Unfortunately Harrison also suffers with Hypotonia, which basically means lack of muscle tone in his joints, making it impossible for him to propel a wheelchair independently.
Harrison is a strong, funny, caring and loving little boy but he really wants to be able to be independent, and play with his friends without an adult having to push him in his chair.
The electric wheelchair Harrison has seen will enable him to use his gripped fist to move himself around, increasing his independence and therefore improving his
quality of life. He will be able to be included and join in with his friends.
The wheelchair is £8000 so we have a way to go!
Every penny raised will be accounted for.
Should we be lucky enough to raise more,
the remainder of the money will be donated to
Whizz Kids charity, who help children like
Harrison.
If you would like to help out then any donation would be very gratefully recieved! You can do it on here or get in touch with Naz directly on 07528452155.
Of course.. we are open to other fundraising ideas such as gift donations for auction etc..
Thank you.
