Emergency appendectomy

Hi, I'm Patty and I'm raising money to help cover the cost of my daughter Zoe's surgery. After a night of severe pain, vomiting and tests, we were told she had appendicitis and that she needed an emergency appendectomy. Zoe just began working for TISD and does not have medical insurance or disability leave. Also, because she was just hired in August, she does not qualify for FMLA.
