James Freeman for Denzel Davis
Donation protected
On Sunday morning Denzel, my brother, was out riding with a group of friends when he attempted to pass a group of slower riders, came up on a curve and ended up taking the curve wider than expected. He lost control of the bike ended up in an embankment and hitting a wall (at 55-60 mph). He broke this arm, 9 ribs, bruised lungs, lacerations (liver, leg, arm),... and extreme head trauma. He was wearing full protective gear, a helment, and no other person was involved in the accident.
Denzel leaves behind a 6 yr old son Dominic (whom he loved with all his heart), Wendy his very special friend whom he loved, and cared for (they were going to Rome next week), Victoria the mother of his child, many friends, his mother and siblings.
As you remember Denzel in your own special way, remember that he loved life, was comfortable with the uncomfortable, and thought nothing was more important than personal human relationships.
I love my brother and he will be missed. Take time to tell the ones you love that you in fact love them, take no one for granted that you care for, and remember to live life.
