Urgent Dental Work needed for B

Donation protected
CJ and I are reaching out to our friends, family, and maybe even some strangers that are willing to help us raise money for Brayden's emergency oral dental fund. We are exploring all options and taking all measures to make sure that this oral surgery can happen for our little guy. We are trying to raise money for Brayden to have sleep dentistry done that way all of the work that he needs done can be done in one shot while he is asleep. Brayden has been seen by to specialists in the Lehigh Valley and Reading area. Even with our dental insurance through my employer, there is still a significant amount of money that needs to be paid upfront. Although some of the damage to Braydens teeth could have been prevented, a lot of it has to do with the softening of his teeth from being premature, and his severe acid reflux at such a young age. Even the dentist agrees that he has been doong a god job at brushing-but some of the damage is just irreversible. The dentist explained to us that some people are just more prone to plaque and cavities. If Brayden does not have this work done somewhat soon, it could affect his adult teeth and therefore could affect his dental hygiene for the rest of his life. CJ and I do not want to have Brayden to have to go to multiple dental visits and have a fear of the dentist forever, so sleep dentistry was offered to us. We need to raise money up front to even schedule the surgery. After we schedule the surgery and they call us back with an operating time, we have two weeks then to come up with the remainder of the balance in full. No payments or payment plans will be accepted. See Jane I have about $1500 covered, and my dental insurance will cover about $1,023.00. After insurance and what we have already is said and done, we still need to raise money to make this happen.. The total cost of all the work not including the operating room or the anesthesia will be just under $5,000. I can provide a dental examination sheet for anyone who is interested in donating who would like to see the plan of treatment. The dental office would like our decision within 30 days. If we do not give a decision within 30 days, we could have to go through the x-ray examination and evaluation process all over again. I have tried applying through the state of Pennsylvania for medical assistance, but of course I was denied. According to them even claiming the head of the household, I make too much money. Hahaha. What a joke?!? Without even asking for proof of income through pay stubs and such or looking at our expenses such as rent car payments food and utilities they denied me. I have a new chance to appeal, but that could take weeks or even months to process. CJ and I do not have that time to appeal it as this is something that needs to be done fairly soon. The specialist we are trying to work with actualky suggested crowdfunding. Brayden originally had gateway medical assistance when he was first born but was dropped and they could never give me a reason why. I had to reapply and as stated above, I was denied. I as a mother, feel like a failure, because I do not have this type of money to lay out upfront. Another option would be to bring Brayden to a school of dentistry but with the amount of work he needs, in all honesty CJ and I want to make that our very last choice.  CJ and I are asking for any help even if it's only a dollar. All donations are able to be claimed on your taxes I believe anything over $25. If the website does not provide tax information, I could easily and gladly mail a receipt. For those of you that just may be coming across this page on accident, our son Brayden was born at 24 weeks weighing 1.4 pounds . He is our only survivor of three triplet baby boys. In a set of twins with TTTS, Brayden was the donor baby. He had the smallest chance of survival. Brayden is our little miracle, and we would do anything to make his life easier. If this is only one of the medical issues that we will have to face due to his prematurity, we are blessed.
As many of you know Brayden was born at 24 weeks. He had several issues after birth, but many have resolved. He is a very healthy, active young boy. I cannot stand the fact that he may be made fun of for his teeth. Brayden will be starting kindergarten in a few days. I would love to have this surgery be able to happen for him with everyone's help. Please spread this website around to your friends, family, loved ones, coworkers, and even your enemies. If you cannot donate please do not feel sorry we understand everyone is in hard times. All that CJ and I are asking if you could please just share this website, on your facebook.
