Please Help Jack Get The Care He Desperately Needs

Today I am writing and starting this fundraiser for my beloved cat, Jack as due to recent unforeseen medical conditions, Jack has needed and will need extensive veterinary care and treatment. Jack started suffering from neurologic symptoms approximately 1 month ago, which have only worsened. Jack has now been referred to a Veterinary Neurologist (2.5 hours away in Madison, WI)-- recommended per Blue Pearl Animal Hospital in Green Bay, WI and also our family veterinarian. Jack has already had a few examinations, labs, diagnostic tests, emergency vet care, x-ray's, and more -- however, ultimately per the ER Vet in Green Bay and our family vet, Jack needs to be evaluated by a Vet Neurologist. Hearing this possible diagnosis broke my heart right in half. Jack has been my best friend, my absolute world, and has been by my side the past 12 years through thick and thin, there for me on my darkest and most difficult moments, days, weeks, etc. When no one else was there, Jack was. The mere thought of losing Jack is a thought that is absolutely unbearable for me to even fathom. Expenses already have become overwhelming as I am currently suffering from extensive medical issues which have already placed me in an extremely difficult financial situation. I have exhausted any and all options at this point, which is the reason I am humbly reaching out for help to get Jack the specialized care he needs to recover. I understand everyone has their own struggles these days, even if it's only a couple dollars you can spare and/or sharing Jacks story in hopes to gain more support-- I would be forever grateful. Jack has brought me nothing but happiness, companionship, unconditional love, hope, and emotional support these past 12 years and I will do anything I can to get Jack the care and treatment he needs! Please help support Jack in receiving the medical treatments he needs to recover-- he is an absolute gem, a godsend, and deserves the world.
