A Miracle For Robbi

Hello everyone and thank you for taking time out of your day to read Robbi's story. Robbi is a 35 year old single mother of 2 boys ages 5 and 13 and they are the both her entire world. Anyone that has has met Robbi will all agree that she is such a special person with a heart of gold and an amazing mother as well. Unfortunately on 9/8/23 she had a CT scan of her lungs for which they thought was a possible pulmonary embolism but in fact it showed 2 masses in her lungs. After a month of dealing with the insurance company to get her turned back on she was finally able to get the PETscan of her lungs done on 10/3/23. On 10/6/23 it was confirmed she has stage 3 lung cancer with secondary cancer in her lymph nodes. Then yesterday on 10/14/23 came even more devastating news. She has confirmed metastatic brain cancer. This is the worst possible outcome for her and her 2 boys and is beyond devastating also to everyone around her that loves and cares about her. She has pending surgery/chemo/radiotherapy once she has the follow up with the specialists the week of 10/30 or sooner if possible. Robbie is determined to work until she no longer can but surgery and treatments are expected to start immediately following her follow up appointment. It's inevitable that she will not be able to work in the very near future and no one undergoing cancer treatment should have to have the added worry of paying rent and putting food on the table for their kids while fighting to live. No one should have to suffer from this nasty disease but Robbi has overcome a lot in her life thus far and this is the last thing we ever thought would be a possibility for her. I'm reaching out to everyone and sharing her story with high hopes that if we can all come together as a whole we can at least help her with the extra heavy burden of having to worry about paying rent and food on the table. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and very helpful and would take that stress off her body that is already very sick and stressed out.
