Wynette's Journey to Becoming a RN

Hello, My name is Wynette Glover and I am asking for support from my family, friends, co-workers, and anyone who is willing to help me. I will be attending Thomas Jefferson University in the fall of 2014, to pursue my BSN in nursing. Unfortunately, I am currently out of work due to an injury. I have a daughter who is also attending college at Howard University, and I am struggling to make sure that both our needs are met with little to no resources. Needless to say, I made sure that her needs were met before my very own. I am in a bind and need help with items that Thomas Jefferson is requiring; such as books, uniforms, electronic devices, background check, CPR certification and the list continues. I have to purchase all of these items before classes start. Some of the requested items are due on July 8, 2014. Nursing has always been in my heart and soul and I look forward to what my future has to offer. I can only do this with your support. Any monetary amount will be appreciated.
