Adam's LVAD (heart pump) Journey

My name is Kim, and if anyone knows us, they know we despise asking for help. Adam (Tim) had a massive heart attack around the first of March and was flown to TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville where he stayed until May. He had only minimal function left in his heart, so they had to install an LVAD (heart pump) and an ICD (defibrillator/pacemaker) before they would allow him to come home with 24-hour supervision by a caregiver (me). Unfortunately, he has now lost his insurance, which is dimming our outlook, considering he is supposed to check in daily with the hospital in Nashville with his vitals. I understand that everyone is going through something right now, but if anyone finds anything that they could let go of to help our situation, it will be appreciated more than you will ever know. Please do not send anything if it will hurt your situation as well. We are just making any attempt that we can to keep him stable with his medication, doctor visits and general daily needs.
