Justice and Support for the Families of Rasean Carter & Malachi Jackson.
On November 17th, tragedy struck the heart of New Orleans when two young lives, Rasean Carter and Malachi Jackson, were taken too soon in a senseless act of gun violence during the 26th Annual Social Aid Parade. These two brothers were beloved sons, , and vibrant members of their community whose lives were cut short far too early.
Rasean, 21, and Malachi, 19, were enjoying a day that should have been filled with joy and celebration, but instead, their lives were stolen by an act of violence. Their families are now left with the unthinkable grief of losing two young men with promising futures.
This GoFundMe campaign is being set up to help support the families of Rasean and Malachi as they navigate this incredibly difficult time. The funds will be used for funeral expenses, and to assist with any financial burdens that have fallen on their families as a result of this devastating loss.
How You Can Help:

A Message to the Community:
Rasean and Malachi were more than just victims—they were loved by many and will forever be missed. The tragedy of their deaths is a stark reminder of the violence that affects too many families. We hope this campaign not only provides financial relief but also sparks conversations about the importance of community, peace, and justice.
