Aiding the Hildebrand Family Post Devestating Fire

Donation protected
At around 1:10 am on May 13th 2024, my best friend Aidan Hildebrand heard screaming outside and smelt smoke. Upon waking up his parents and sister, he looked outside to see that the porch attached to his apartment building had caught on fire. His family fled the building with both of their dogs to see half of the apartment complex had caught fire. Once the fire had been put out, the fire fighter described to Aidan that the second and third story apartment s were essentially "fused together as one" and that they were lucky the two floors hadn't collapsed on top of his family. From what they could tell, the fire had started in one of the above apartments.

While the Hildebrand family are thankful to have been saved from the fire, they have now lost their home to a mixture of ash and water as well as their cat Lillie who is currently missing and hasn't been found as of writing this.

I'm making this GoFundMe on behalf of my friend so that he and his family can feel some sense of relief during this tragedy. Their home may be gone, but bills need to be paid and things such as furniture, clothes, and other necessities need replaced and that's why I'm making this for him.

Any and all money will go towards helping the Hildebrand family during this devastating time. Thank you for taking the time to read and donate!

Love,
Emmy
