A Kidney for Melody

Melody is now 3 years old and has been fighting chronic kidney disease since she was born. To be more specific, a disease called Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome. She has been fighting hard and been stable with her battle thus far. 2017 has been a crazy year for little Melody, as her health took the biggest decline ever. Starting Dialysis in June right before her birthday, this past October getting her kidneys removed and depending to survive off of her Dialysis machine. But this Christmas everything will change. Melody will be getting a living donor transplant on December 26th, 2017 from her cousins Monique Lozano. Our very own Christmas Miracle. After transplant, the family will be having to live in Stanford for 2- 3 months post transplant and They will be needing help with everyday necessities. Please help this family in anyway possible.
