Hi, My name is Julie. I'm writing this as sadly my brother has passed away.

He left no will or savings for his funeral.

My brother suffered with depression and it effected his mental health. He had a few health problems that effected his life. He was on medication for this to keep him alive. From a young age my brother had a passion for motorbikes, and loved his bikes. Unfortunately because of his health the dvla would never let him ride again. He said he would always ride once more and he didn't care what they said. Our mum was his best friend she was always there for him and nagging. Our mum passed away in 2019 and it destroyed him he said he didn't want to live without her. Myself and my daughter and grandson kept him going. As time passed he got better and he said he is only here because of us and if we wasn't then he wouldn't want to be here anymore. He didn't like where he lived anymore and wanted to be in crawley so he could get a ground floor flat and get a dog so he could help his mental health. We was in the process of getting him here. Unfortunately that can't happen the way we want to. We will be burying Alan in crawley so he gets to be here with us like he wanted. He passed away on the living room floor in his flat. The police broke the door down and found him. I'm not asking for alot but if anyone can offer just a little bit to help us we would be so grateful. I didn't want to do this but my little brother needs to be at peace and not left in hospital where he hated. He never asked for anything in life. We as a family want to give him the send of he desrves. Thank you. X
