Emmy Award Winner & Artist Alan Teitel's Inspiring Comeback

Alan Teitel, from Port Washington just outside New York City, is someone I have known for a long time. 2 years ago last week, Alan came down with a severe case of COVID-19. After a week in intensive care, 9 more weeks in the hospital, and 6 weeks in rehab, all the King’s men have not quite put him back together again.

His was a long fight with many complications, including Long COVID, sending him back to the hospital many times, for too many reasons to list here. This prevented him from working and led to the lose most of the business he had developed over the years. Alan needs financial help to step up and start again.

Knowing how he spent the start of the pandemic deeply invested in helping others, it's not easy to see him continue fighting his way back.

The good news, after all of the hospital trips & treatments, is that he’s off the oxygen, his heart is working again (though still monitored), and he is coming back strong.

Since regaining his physical and cognitive health more recently, Alan is working on new technology and art projects in an inspiring effort to resume his work & life as it was. He tried several times over the past 2 years to get going, each time met with more complications but now, finally, the time is right.
